Dates to note for Festival vendors:

Selection into the Festival is contingent on the menu listing items intended for sale by the vendor at the Festival. Our Vendor Administrator will select unique food and artisan products conducive to the Festival environment and the enjoyment of our patrons.

In our effort to minimize competition on site and to provide a greater variety of product to our patrons, all menus are carefully examined before being considered for selection. In some cases, vendors may be asked to modify their menus or remove certain items in the event that there is similar product or too much repeat product offered by other vendors. Menus cannot be altered without the consent of the Vendor Administrator following acceptance into the Festival.

Vendor locations will be determined by the Vendor Administrator, in which, vendors agree to their locations at the time of signing agreements with Fringe™ Theatre Adventures; changing of locations is non-negotiable following the signing of agreements.

Fringe™ Theatre Adventures reserves the right to refuse participation to any vendor and can terminate any agreement with vendors at any time and at our discretion. Adherence to our deadlines and to our rules and regulations is necessary to manage ourselves effectively and will be strictly enforced.
